Now please take a moment to see what Elisa says about helping you reduce your stress.

Stress can be reduced in a long lasting, positive, habit forming manner when Body, Mind, Spirit, and Emotions are all addressed. The basis is knowing our true selves well and being who we are authentically. Our minds through a deep probing process of personal exploration can be transformed as we transform and honor and respect our selves. Faith is strengthened by building a relationship with the unseen world and learning to trust ourselves. Tending to our body’s needs according to what is true for us is calming. Neglecting our bodies or forcing us to adhere to be someone we are not physically causes stress. Emotions are our helpers revealing wisdom and truth about who we are. The key is to understand what our emotions are really expressing. Often, our emotional selves have been ignored, misunderstood, and are not current. Having a lot of past issues to address adds to stress.
